ReplyDeleteMy dream cupcake: substituting the vanilla for ginger in a fairly standard fairycake recipe and add orange zest, iced with a cream cheese icing with orange juice and topped with a little bit of orange zest. Simple, but lovely!
My dream cake would be an eton mess cake - vanilla cupcake with lots of meringue, cream and summer fruit, mmm!

ReplyDeleteMy dream cake does actually exist, but it's the most delicious thing I've ever made - homemade white chocolate and raspberry muffins; pure bliss in cake form!
my dream cake would be peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake i guess. peanut butter and chocolate are the perfect combination and cheesecake would give it a smooth consistentancy that sponge cakes cant do!
