Wish List Wednesday

A bit of a nerdy one this week!  After a lovely shopping trip on Saturday (including a visit to London Fashion Weekend which I wasn't impressed with at all) and a few successful purchases, Sunday was dominated by the complete failure of my beloved, four year old, MacBook.

So off to Brent Cross I ran...and picked up a brand new MacBook Pro - the version that had only come out a few days before.  I'd actually started saving up to buy one of these in the summer, so it was an 'easy' purchase in one sense, but it also meant I didn't have half as much saved up and I am now skint.  At the beginning of the month! So all of my wish lists this month will be strictly that :)

Anyway...back to the subject in hand.

Laptop Cases

Laptop cases, all £22, Cath Kidston

Laptop cases, approx £15, bertiescloset at Etsy

Since the new computer purchase I have been eyeing up new laptop cases and I particularly love these offerings from Cath Kidston and bertiescloset on Etsy.  Anyone spotted any pretty yet robust cases somewhere else?

Chloe Rose

Chloe Rose, £52, Escentual.com

I love Chloe fragrances and this one I am desperate for as I also adore the scent of roses....perhaps I can smile sweetly at the boyfriend?! (truly optimistic thought there!)

This is how it is described -

"The beautiful Eau de Parfum bursts blooms with a bouquet of freshly cut Roses interlaced with the delicacy of Magnolia and Lily of the Valley. This joyfulness is enhanced by the honeyed notes of Amber and Cedarwood, that are both sensual and refined."

See, how lovely does that sound?

Cake Days

Images c/o Hummingbird Bakery - drool c/o me.

As an avid fan of the first Hummingbird Bakery book, I cannot wait for the new edition - 'Cake Day's - which is released later this month.  Their recipes always turn out perfectly for me and I cannot wait to whip up some of the new creations, especially the whoopie pies and sticky toffee cupcakes.  Swoon.

So that's another Wednesday, another wish list done...what's on yours this week?
