I love cheeky discounts. . . recent purchases

This has definitely been a successful week for shopping...and bargains, and I thought I would show you some of things I have picked up :)

I recently sold some clothes on ebay and as usual I spent the paypal money online...I call it 'recycling'. Anyone else do this? Not only do I get to clear out my wardrobe but it's the perfect way to treat myself to something I wouldn't normally buy.

I'd had my eye on the new House of Harlow collection on ASOS for a while now - I'm definitely a big fan, though the prices mean it's somewhat out of reach for me! However I recently signed up to become a Premier customer and received a £20 discount when I spent £ I decided to treat myself to this gorgeous gold plated key necklace.

It's pretty short and rests just above my collarbone and looks lovely on it's own or teamed with a few other necklaces of different lengths - a la Nicole Richie herself. What do you think? I've also got my eye on the oversized horseshoe pendant, but that will take some more saving :)

The next two items I picked up in Warehouse, and one of them may look a little familiar! One of my friends works in Warehouse and is lucky enough to get 40% off, so when we took a trip to Oxford Circus last weekend I couldn't resist picking up a couple of new season 'essentials' at a bargain price.

First off is this aviator jacket (which you'll find a few posts down).

Now I've tried on a few leather aviators but they haven't quite looked right - however this one is much softer and more suited to my style. I'm clearly not 'cool' enough for the leather! It's super snuggly and warm so I'm hoping the nights are cool enough for me to wear this soon :)

The second piece I picked up is another nod to one of the trends I picked out a while back - leopard!

I have a bit of a leopard fetish and I love the sixties inspired shape of this knitted dress - really flattering and cosy at the same time.

Continuing my love of leopard I'm contemplating the purchase of a leopard print faux fur coat - what are your opinions ladies? Yes or no? I've been considering buying one for years now so I may just have to take the plunge!

Anyway, enough about me - what have you picked up recently? Any real bargains out there to be had? Let me know :)

  1. Great buys sweetie :)
I love love the house of harlow necklace! How much is it may i ask hun?
Bargains i have picked up recently include a pair of denim shorts from dorothy perkins for my holiday for £7! & also a pair of black, gladiator sandals from river island for £15 reduced from £45! wahey!

  2. It's so pretty isn't it - haven't taken it off since it arrived! It was £43 before the discount - so pretty good but some of the other bits in the range are much more...

Ooh I'm impressed with the holiday bargains :) Wish I'd gone on holiday after everything went on sale! xxx

  3. what a pretty necklace! I didn't know asos had house of harlow, I'll have a look :) x

  4. Yes they have almost the entire range - I love it all! x

  5. I love your leopard print dress and a big thumbs up to a leopard print coat. I'm on the look out for one too - they have a gorgeous one in Topshop (£85 ish) but I think that's a lot to spend on something that will be out of fashion as soon as it's in! So, there's one in New Look which has caught my eye x

  6. Yes it's all about the leopard print!! I've seen one in Topshop I love...I'm just hoping that it suits me! I don't care if it goes out of fashion because I love it so much...uh oh :) x

  7. Fabulous necklace, i'm also a house of harlow fan and just bought one the rings from the range, love it! x

  8. Ooh which ring did you buy? I have one from the last collection and love it! x

  9. I want the horseshoe necklace too! I have an locket of hers and I just love it. Love your choice too, though! I'm a bit obsessed with keys.
